John MacArthur’s study bible captions 1 John 4:7-13 with the words, “God is Love”. It amazes me that so many of us who are true believers are given the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ, so that we have the Spirit of God within us. That thought is staggering as I am just a person in the flesh who will one day become alive in the glorified body the Lord will give us after his second coming and then to live with Him for eternity.
