…for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. – Luke 2:11
To believers, Christ is our Lord and Savior.
We recognize he is the only person we seek to glorify, He is above all else; we make him the compass of our lives, we seek his counsel and wisdom above all mankinds. Our friends, our families, and our societal leaders don’t have the wisdom He has. His ways are higher than our ways. He is our Creator, after all.
As we become converted into his life with his being the head of our lives, leading our lives, and as we begin to understand who he is: the Lord Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins, in our place; we realize it was Jesus Christ who was raised from the dead, who walked the earth again, and who sits at the right hand of the Father in heaven at this time; He is alive and real. God is in three persons: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
