Day 1 Journal – health

Today I went for a walk and thought about what could help my health improve. Health including rest, lowering stress, energy, sleep, weight loss, toning up, invigoration. So here’s what I decided to do. I hope it inspires myself and anyone else to keep a journal every day of your health goals.

Here’s an audio tape I did after walking in a nice park today – a favorite park I’ve often walked in. It was a great day with the sun out and crisp, clean air! I enjoyed that.
