
Today during a team meeting at work we shared something we’d done or started from 2022 and going into 2023 that gives us bragging rights. I shared that I started a health journal, to (attempt to) post something every day.
Let’s see how long it lasts.
But it is an accountability tool for my making sure I do something each day for my health. Mental health, physical health, spiritual health, and every kind of health; work/home balance, environmental health (my living space), relationship health, and more. All these things make up health.
So below is my short audio recording of what I’ve done today and what I plan to do until the close of the day today.
