Exercise not my favorite thing

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. – 3 John 1:2

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. – 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

(Health journal day 20).

Here’s a meal I made with cauliflower and cream cheese. It is considered keto.

I posted the following yesterday in a Facebook group I’m in:

I saved some money by cancelling my trial week (for $1) using the Intermittent Fasting with Simple App, because it gives basic information, tracking of food, etc. like every other app I’ve used.

I’ve also worn my Fitbit today, after having not used it for months. Someone said it could be harmful the way it tracks our bio stats.

However I’m going to build in my exercise daily, and I’ll start with a women’s “over 50” exercise YouTube series. I have to start out gently, slowly, have low motivation to actually “exercise” beyond NEAT calorie expenditure.

I hope to blog my results as the days go by, since I need that accountability that I actually intentionally exercised. I feel my movement stats are the missing piece.

I already eat well, I’ve been intermittent fasting successfully, I’ve worked on my sleep and meditation practices, now to get up and move more intentionally and daily. I’m like a lump on a log when it comes to exercise.
