Jesus heals us spiritually, including from the suffering of demonic warfare

Isaiah 53:5 – But He was ^pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.

1 Peter 2:24 – and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.

I’m getting ready to go off to bed. It’s early Tuesday morning and I’ve been reading Dr. Gallagher’s “Demonic Foes” and getting to know how he became informed about demonic possessions and oppressions.

As he shares his stories about some of the demonic possessions he helped advise Priests about, he shares some of his insights and own responses in witnessing demonic possessions. It’s not good night reading nor is it relaxing when it’s time to wander off to bed late at night.

I’ll leave you with this; his working with these victims who want help in this spiritual area brings about thoughts of how much our world needs to be aware of spirits and how much harm they can cause human beings, as well as animals and all life on the planet.

To leave this blog post on a more positive note, we have the antidote, the remedy, to this problem of spiritual sickness, since demons are spirits that attack us from the spirit world and can harm us physically and mentally through their supernatural powers.

Call upon Jesus, he is the antidote to spiritual attacks, and to our sinfulness which we are all born in to. We have a loving Heavenly Father who created us, and gave his son Jesus Christ who died on the cross to cover the price of our sins, which is death, because He is holy, a holy God who cannot have us with him in his heaven.

Even demons know who Jesus is. Jesus is the most powerful name throughout eternity. There is no higher name than Jesus Christ who is the Resurrection and the Life.
