Liver pack update

Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you. – Exodus 23:25

Liver pack update: Last night was night three wearing the castor oil liver pack.

I’m checking in today because I wanted to share my results with others and have taken a short survey with the company online where I agreed to wear it for seven nights straight.

My first night wearing the liver pack with castor oil produced a heavy nights sleep of eight hours. I also want to note that the night before I had only gotten approximately three and one-half hours sleep.

Being chronically sleep deprived has been a life-long problem, so to get a good nights sleep where I slept so heavily was a great outcome.

The second night I wasn’t able to fall asleep until approximately 2:00 am, which is pretty normal for me. Sometimes I lay awake until 4:00 am before I am able to drop off to sleep.

After falling asleep at around 2:00 am I slept in late, so didn’t get up until approximately six and one-half hours later, at around 8:30 am. I later took a nap after dinner for approximately an hour.

I have to say that on the second night, even though I slept a split shift of sleep, my sleep was deep.

Sometime if I’m still awake at 4:00 am, I will get up out of bed and get on my computer in the living room to check my social media or the news.

Occasionally, about once a month I get absolutely no sleep at all.

Last night was my third night of wearing the living pack. My Fitbit sleep log shows I slept almost seven hours, a good space of time where I actually slept. I didn’t fall asleep until after 1:00 am again but this is good because I normally lie awake until after 2:00 am.

The liver pack seems to help me fall asleep approximately one hour earlier than usual. The quality of my sleep is deeper – I can tell when I wake up I feel like I’ve been in a deeper sleep.

So I think there are benefits to my wearing the castor oil liver pack in that I fall asleep a bit sooner and sleep more heavily.

We’ll see how it goes after my full week of wearing the liver pack. I look forward to continuing positive results.
