I’ve been a little more active lately regarding exercise.
I walked a few times around a city park with a duck lake in the middle. I also followed an aerobic video walking at home.
The next thing I did was look at some meal ideas using my macro counting book I bought recently to help look at food macros.
I would like to eat some small meals to keep my blood glucose and insulin at a more even keel to avoid spikes.
I’m also being active after eating meals rather than taking naps.
This entire change in strategy will hopefully help me look and feel better.
