Food is the best thing to do to lose weight and get healthy. It starts with food.
Now that I am not doing keto, and not doing intermittent fasting, I’ve returned to eating more of a Mediterranean diet.
It actually gives me more energy to think and keep active during the day that I’m surprised I tolerated doing keto, when it wasn’t helping me feel better.
Keto made me feel sluggish and tired. I’m sure I ate too much fat and animal proteins.
Now that I am back to eating more veggies, fruits and whole grains like quinoa, my brain has fuel to go on.
I need the complex carbs to feel good.

It needed something else to add taste, maybe grated Parmesan cheese or some Tajin chili lime spice.
