Keto food and breaking a fast

This is Day 12 of this health journal.

Though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand. – Psalm 37:4

After 20 hours of fasting my fast breaker meal was this crustless egg and spinach pie (with cheese).

To me, the food we eat is one of the most important things we can do for our health.

I also am a believer in intermittent fasting.

Today I hope to get outside for a walk and maybe buy a set of 3-pound hand weights, since using 5-pound hand weights tends to pull my neck out of alignment and cause a lot of pain for several days.
