Lumen: is it worth the money?

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. – 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

I’m up late tonight reading about Lumen and whether customers think it is worth the money.

The only real drawback I can see is that it is demanding; you use it five times per day and you must wait a few minutes to get your results.

I’m on the fence about buying Lumen. I took their personalized questionnaire online and watched the videos they provide.

Then I read several websites and customer reviews. It seems very time intensive and one website said it only works if you are committed to taking the time to use it properly.

As of this time I’m tipping toward experimenting with it. I might go ahead and order one. There is a 30-day return policy on it. I’m kinda thinking I need the extra help.

My goals are; more energy, lose weight, get fit, feel and look younger.

The fasting I’m doing doesn’t seem to be working. It worked before I did the carnivore diet where I gained weight.

Carnivore was so destructive and discouraging. I’ve written about it here.

I tried to get back to intermittent fasting like it did before carnivore. I was losing weight, had more energy, and felt better. I couldn’t get back to that space I was in.

So now I’m trying to undo the damage of carnivore.

I’m thinking I might buy the Lumen.
